As Director of Human Resources, Cathy works closely with BRAC USA leadership, to help create a culture that enables BRAC USA to attract, develop, and retain the best people, while fostering a collaborative, trusting, open, and energetic work environment. Cathy is responsible to lead, direct, develop, and coordinate HR policies and activities, and ensure legal compliance and implementation of the organization’s mission and talent strategy.
Cathy brings over 20 years of experience helping small businesses and non-profits create and grow their human resource capital and development functions. Before joining BRAC USA, Cathy had been consulting non-profit and private sector clients providing strategic guidance in areas of talent management, compliance, best practices, and process improvements across the various aspects of HR.
Cathy is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SHRM-SCP) by the Society for Human Resource Management and a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) (ELI-MP). She is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management both on the national and local level.
