Zainab Faruqui Ali is a Professor and Chairperson in the Department of Architecture at BRAC University, a position held since September 2018. Prior to this, Zainab served as a Professor at Dammam University in Saudi Arabia from November 2012 to August 2018 and at BRAC University from 2002 to October 2012. Zainab's early career included work as an Architectural Designer at Dubin, Dubin & Moutoussamy from 1984 to 1987. Zainab holds a PhD in Architecture from the Architectural Association in London (2000) and a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Illinois Chicago (1982).
