Margie Gonzalez possesses extensive experience in the culinary industry, specializing in pastry and bread production. Since August 2018, Margie has been with Jacques Torres Chocolate as a Pastry professional and is also a Bread Helper at Maison Kayser USA since September 2017. Previous roles include Chef de Partie and Pastry Cook at BR Guest Hospitality since February 2013, and Chef de Partie at Del Frisco's Grille for a brief period in 2017. Margie's early career included customer service positions at Filene’s Basement and Forever 21, developing skills in client relations and inventory management. Margie holds a Professional Pastry Art degree from the International Culinary Center and has a strong foundation from CUNY Bronx Community College.
