Mona Rathsman is an experienced professional in film production, currently serving as an Assistant Director at B-Reel Films since May 2020, while also holding roles such as Producentassistent and Production Coordinator. Previous experience includes working as an Inspelningsassistent at Warner Bros. Entertainment and as a Freelance Videographer. Rathsman co-founded The Eroles Project, where Mona was Head of Visual Communications from May 2015 to October 2019. Contributions also span internships, research, and consultancy roles, including a position as Junior Evaluation Consultant for UNIDO. Rathsman's educational background includes a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Directing from EICAR, a Master of Arts in Economics for Transition from Schumacher College, and a BSc in Economics and Business Administration from the Stockholm School of Economics.
