Rafael A. Salazar Gamarra has extensive work experience. Rafael A. began their career in 2005 as a Senior Partner at Estudio Salazar Gamarra Abogados. In 2006, they took on the role of Project Lead at Creative Commons Perú. In 2007, they were appointed Executive Director at Tejiendo Redes para el Desarrollo Integral de las Comunidades. In 2011, they became CEO of Global Projects & Ventures. In 2014, they began teaching Intellectual Property at Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas. In 2015, they became Director of Legal & Business Affairs at Bquate - Digital Music Distribution. In 2016, they began teaching Copyright and Music Industry at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Peru - PUCP. In 2017, they became Director at Suntur. In 2018, they co-founded NanoInventa and serves as its Chief Legal Officer.
Rafael A. Salazar Gamarra began their educational journey in 1991, attending Colegio Santa MarÃa Marianistas until 1997. In 1998, they attended Instituto Riva Agüero PUCP, studying History, Religion, and Philosophy until 1999. Rafael A. then attended Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, where they completed their Lawyer degree in 2004, specializing in Business, Technology, Real Estate, and Intellectual Property. In 2006, they attended Harvard University, studying Internet Law. In 2009, they attended Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas, receiving a Diploma in Real Estate Projects' Management and a Diploma in Construction Law. In 2010, they attended Sociedad Nacional de MinerÃa, Petróleo y EnergÃa, studying Mining & Law. In 2012, they attended Sociedad Geológica del Perú, studying Geology/Earth Science, General. In 2013, they attended Harvard University, studying Copyright Law. Currently, they are a Master in Government and Public Policy Candidate at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
