Ann Vereecke is an accomplished academic and board member with extensive experience in both education and corporate governance. Currently serving as a board member for several organizations, including What's Cooking?, bpostgroup, North Sea Port, and Tessenderlo Group, Ann Vereecke has also held notable positions at Ghent University and Vlerick Business School as a professor since 1988. Previous roles include board membership at Picanol Group and a leadership position as president of Euroma. Ann Vereecke's educational background includes an MBA in Management from Vlerick Business School and a Master’s in Engineering from Ghent University, along with additional studies at INSEAD.
