Tom Jacobson possesses extensive experience in technical support and service roles within the printing and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Technical Support Representative at BPI Color since November 2019, Tom previously held a similar position in graphics at Customer Engineering Services, where expertise focused on large format flatbed UV inkjet printer repair and installation across several states. Tom has also been the owner of Sunbrook Childcare Center Inc since 2007, overseeing building maintenance and employee management. Earlier career roles include a Service Technician at BPI Color and a Technician at GI Office Technologies, where skills in customer communication and technical repair were developed. Tom holds an Associate of Applied Sciences in Electronics from Devry Institute of Technology and additional certifications in computer networking from Herzing Institute.
