Michele Heckler-Garcia serves as a Project Coordinator and Safety Administrator at BPGS Construction since December 2012, focusing on subcontract creation, processing various construction documentation, maintaining project records, and managing safety protocols. Prior experience includes a role as Cost Assistant at BE & K Engineering - KBR, where budget updates were managed in ERP systems, and as Project Coordinator at Bancroft Construction Company, overseeing costs for projects valued up to $12 million. Michele holds certifications in Occupational Safety and Health Technology from the Mid Atlantic OTI Education Center and Delaware Technical Community College, along with a 30-hour OSHA certification. Education includes attendance at William Penn High School.
