John Giardina is an Assistant Development Manager at BPGS Construction as of June 2023, following a role as Project Manager at Weller Development Partners from March 2019 to May 2023, where John played a key part in the $650MM first phase of the Baltimore Peninsula development project. John also served as Project Manager for MSS Services, Inc. on a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers contract, overseeing a design-build project for an NSA Operations Center. Prior experience includes Project Engineer at James G. Davis Construction, where John managed a major athletic facility project, and engineering internships at Areté, MECCO Inc., and R&R Associates. John holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from The Catholic University of America.
