Mr. Kitami joined BPEA in 2012. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Kitami worked at McKinsey & Company, where he was engaged in various consulting projects which supported growth strategy, organizational transformation, sales and marketing strategy, and operational improvement for a wide range of client companies.

Mr. Kitami graduated from the University of Tokyo, Faculty of Law. Mr. Kitami holds an M.B.A. from University of Michigan, Ross School of Business.
