Anesa Ramaxhiku Begolli is a seasoned recruitment specialist currently employed at BPB since October 2021, with a robust background in human resources management. Prior experience includes serving as Human Resources Manager and Administration and Human Resources Manager at Monego from August 2017 to April 2020, as well as HR/Administration at Bp Home LLC from October 2015 to January 2017. Anesa began the career at ProCredit Bank as a banking service officer from September 2013 to October 2015 after participating in the Young Bankers Program. Earlier experience includes an internship in the marketing department at FINCA International from December 2012 to March 2013. Anesa holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University for Business and Technology (2014-2016), a Bachelor's degree in Management from the University of Limerick (2011-2012), and a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies from the University of Business and Technology - Kosovo (2008-2012).
