James Perri

James Perri currently serves as a Learning and Development Manager at Merlin Entertainments, responsible for defining strategic talent needs and overseeing the onboarding process for new frontline employees. Perri has extensive experience as a Global Training Quality Manager at BPA Quality (North America), where management of training activities for over 100 global evaluators included the development of training strategies and the delivery of sessions with high learner satisfaction rates. Perri holds a Master’s degree in Gender Studies from The Graduate Center, City University of New York, as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in Gender Studies from Purchase College, SUNY, and an additional BA in Ethnic, Cultural Minority, Gender, and Group Studies.
