Lauren Palucci possesses a diverse background in quality evaluation, customer service, and education, with significant experience in various roles across different companies. Since September 2015, Lauren has been working at BPA Quality UK as an Independent Quality Evaluator and previously as a Customer Satisfaction Agent. Prior experience includes positions as a Sales Assistant at Thorntons, Team Member at ASK Italian, and Retail Associate at Tesco PLC. Lauren also has extensive teaching experience, serving as an EFL Teacher at multiple language schools including AbbeySCHOOL and the International English Centre Torino. Additionally, Lauren completed an internship in customer service at Abruzzo Airport. Academically, Lauren earned a Bachelor of Arts in Language Interpretation and Translation from Università degli Studi 'Gabriele d'Annunzio'​ di Chieti and participated in a Study Abroad Programme in German Studies at Nazareth University.
