Tomasz Bieńkowski is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in service design and innovation across various industries. Currently serving as Lead Service Designer at bp, Tomasz leads a design team focused on creating the Aral Fleet platform to enhance operational efficiency for fleet managers. Prior to bp, Tomasz held the position of Service Designer at HSBC, contributing to the Banking-as-a-Service value proposition while co-designing user journeys for integration with NetSuite Oracle ERP. As the owner of Innovation Titans, a boutique consultancy, Tomasz drove growth by aligning value creation opportunities with customer needs.
