Samantha Maddick is an experienced HR professional with a significant background in talent acquisition and human resources management. Currently serving as Vice President of Talent Acquisition and Vice President of Reinvent BP at bp since September 2017, Samantha also held the role of HR Director for Retail and Marketing in Europe. Prior to this, Samantha was the Head of Human Resources at Fidante Partners and Dexion Capital, and served as HR Manager at bp and UBS. Samantha holds a Master's degree in Personnel & Development from the University of Westminster and a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in German from UCL.
