Rebecca Barrand is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in HR and project management, currently serving as the Vice President of People & Culture Future Technology at bp since July 2017. Previous roles at bp include Vice President of Talent Solutions and Programme Manager for Resourcing Transformation. Prior to joining bp, Rebecca held the position of HR Transformation Delivery Lead at Barclays from May 2008 to June 2017, and worked as a Project Manager at Reed Managed Services and Learning Materials Design. Early career highlights include a Marketing Manager role at Achilles Group and Marketing Assistant at InPharm. Rebecca completed a degree at Oxford Brookes University from 1994 to 1998 and attended Cheadle Hulme School from 1984 to 1995.
