Eloise Burnett serves as the Offshore Wind Market Intelligence Lead at bp since September 2023, contributing to the company's energy transition initiatives by supporting the development of offshore wind and system integration strategies. Previously, Eloise held various roles at The Carbon Trust from February 2015 to September 2023, including Senior Manager overseeing the Asia portfolio, South East Asia Manager launching the Singapore office, and Manager of Offshore Wind, where industry-leading market insights and R&D projects were delivered. Earlier experience includes roles at Westminster City Council focused on sustainable planning, BRE as a Sustainability Graduate, and Read International as a Project Manager. Eloise holds a MA (hons) in Geography from The University of Edinburgh.
