Peter Lagutin possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Head of the HR Department at BPMobile since July 2013. Key responsibilities include full-cycle recruitment, newcomer adaptation, corporate culture development, and employee assessment. Previous roles include HR Manager at Alutech and HR Specialist at STA Logistic, where Peter contributed to labor market research, event management, and HR documentation. Peter holds a Master's degree in HR Management and a Bachelor's degree in HR Management, both from Belarusian State University.
