Caio Morelli is currently serving as an Analista de Inteligência de Mercado at BP - A Beneficência Portuguesa de São Paulo since November 2023. Prior to this role, Caio worked at IS Entrega as a Senior Planning and Costs Analyst from July 2021 to October 2023, focusing on building data structures for managerial accounting and conducting analyses of operational cost efficiency and profitability. Earlier experience includes an internship in Operational Intelligence and a consultant role for the NGO Instituto PROF at Social Planning, where Caio contributed to developing a structured action plan for revenue enhancement. Other internships involved marketing research for Ânimo Wellness, support in Human Resources at upLexis, and a project applying PDCA methodology at Puratos. Caio holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Economics from Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa, completed in 2022.
