Alexia Mangelinckx serves as the Visitors Experience Coordinator at Bozar, Centre for Fine Arts, Brussels, since February 2020, where responsibilities include implementing a Visitors Experience Strategy and coordinating projects focused on wayfinding, hospitality, and accessibility. Prior roles at Bozar include Marketing Coordinator and Innovation Coordinator for the Marketing and Communication department, overseeing digital innovation and supporting various departments. Experience prior to Bozar includes a Senior Project Manager position at Mediafin with a focus on native advertising, as well as communication roles at La Libre Belgique and Electrabel. Alexia holds a Licence en Communication from Ihecs and has pursued various certifications and training in fields related to marketing, communication, and digital media.
