Manuel Joglar is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as the Finance Director at Boys & Girls Clubs of Puerto Rico since January 2023. Prior to this role, Manuel worked as Operations Manager at Puerto Rico Farm Credit from October 2017 to January 2023, where responsibilities included developing and administering annual business plans and preparing financial variance reports. Manuel's extensive background also encompasses positions such as Business Service Manager and Finance Manager at Diversey, where strategic development and operational management in the Caribbean were key focuses. Earlier experience includes roles as Finance Analyst at Johnson Controls and General Accountant at Bausch + Lomb. Manuel holds a Master of Business Administration in Accounting from Inter-American University of Puerto Rico and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez.
