Stacy Ruff has a diverse work history with experience in program management and leadership positions. Stacy began their career as a Teen Educator and Small Business Advisor for the Peace Corps in Nicaragua from 2001 to 2003. Stacy then worked as a Program Manager for the Hispanic Initiative at Junior Achievement of Georgia in 2004-2005. From 2005 to 2008, they served as the Program Director for the 21st Century Community Learning Centers at the City of Atlanta Office of Cultural Affairs. In 2008, they transitioned to Cobb Housing, Inc as a Program Manager for the YouthBuild program until 2012. During this time, they also worked as the Director of Programs at the National Center for Global Engagement from 2010 to 2012. In 2012, they returned to the City of Atlanta Workforce Development Agency as a Program Manager for YouthBuild Atlanta, and then advanced to the role of Program Director from 2013 to 2015. Since 2015, Stacy has been working as the Director of Workforce Development at Boys & Girls Clubs of America. Their roles have involved managing staff, facilitating training, evaluating program operations, analyzing performance data, and overseeing grant awards.
Stacy Ruff completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from Wake Forest University between 1996 and 2000. Later on, from 2017 to 2019, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Phoenix.
