Guadalupe Cervantes began their work experience in 2012 at MidFirst Bank as a Bank Teller III/Operations. They then moved on to work at A New Leaf as a Behavior Specialist from September 2016 to November 2017. Following that, they joined Human Resource Training (HRT), Inc. as a Behavior Health Licensing Specialist from December 2017 to January 2021. Most recently, they have been working at Boys & Girls Clubs of America as a Branch Director since January 2021. In this role, they have demonstrated skills in budgeting, project management, and team development, leading to cost savings, improved delivery rates, and enhanced staff adherence to guidelines. They have efficient communication and organizational abilities, ensuring timely and accurate communication, optimizing meetings, and delivering clear explanations to applicants.
