Michelle Ruffin has a wealth of experience in various roles related to youth development and program management. Michelle currently holds the position of Director of Prevention, Safety & Compliance at Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Kansas City. Prior to this, Michelle worked as a Childcare Facility Specialist at the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services and as a Program Supervisor at Local Investment Commission (LINC). Michelle also served as a Program Director and Aquatics Director at YMCA of Greater Kansas City. With a background in communication and journalism, Michelle brings a solid educational foundation to their professional roles.
