Nicholas Smarg currently serves as the Database Manager for Boys & Girls Clubs of Palm Beach County, overseeing the performance, integrity, and security of the organization's various membership and program databases. Previously, Nicholas held the role of Grant Compliance Coordinator, managing programmatic reporting for grants. Nicholas's background includes significant experience at YMCA of Central Florida, where roles ranged from Business Manager of Youth Development and Education to Business Assistant and Program Coordinator, focusing on operational and financial management. Additional experience includes co-founding Beyond A Dream Event Planning and working in guest services at McKibbon Hotel Management and BayStar Hotel Group. Nicholas holds a degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Central Florida and an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration from Valencia College.
