Ethan Winchester is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the outdoor recreation and hospitality industries. Previously, from March 2011 to March 2023, Ethan held the position of Director & Operations Manager at Boyne Outfitters, where leadership in project management and data-driven sales strategies resulted in a 22% average annual sales increase. Prior roles include Professional Ski Patrol at Boyne Mountain Resort, Fly Fishing Guide at Katmai Air LLC, Sheriff's Deputy in the Marine Division for the Charlevoix County Sheriff's Office, and Firefighter EMT for the City of Charlevoix.
