Terhune is responsible for the accounting of Boyle’s development projects for both the Memphis and Nashville offices. He works with the residential development team, the office/retail development team, and the multifamily team on bank funding and compliance, project forecasting, and budgeting.

Prior to joining Boyle in December 2016, Terhune interned in public accounting for PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Terhune obtained a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting, and a professional Master of Business Administration from the University of Memphis.

Terhune is an inactive Certified Public Accountant.
