Gary began their career as a Guest Service Agent at Shaner Hotels in 2002 and later worked as a Manager on Duty and Restaurant Manager at the same company. In 2004, they joined Driftwood Hospitality Management as an Assistant Director of Housekeeping. From 2005 to 2011, they held positions as Director of Housekeeping and Front Office Manager at Shaner Hotels. Gary then worked at CAM Hospitality as the Director of Rooms / Task Force from 2011 to 2013. In 2013, they held the roles of Convention Services Manager at Sage Hospitality and Director of Operations at Richfield Hospitality. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as a Group Sales Manager at Sage Hospitality, and from 2015 to 2016, they held the same role at Interstate Hotels & Resorts. Currently, they are employed at Boykin Management Company, where they have held various positions including Group Sales Manager, Cleanliness Compliance Director, Director of Housekeeping, and currently as the Director of Front Office since July 2022.
Gary Lee earned their high school diploma in General Studies from Centreville High School in 1998. Gary then attended Garrett Community College from 1998 to 2000, where they pursued a degree in Business Management and obtained an Associate's Degree. Later, from 2000 to 2003, Gary attended Duquesne University, where they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Sociology with a minor in Communications.
