Krystal Irwin is a dedicated medical social worker at Seva Hospice since July 2024, providing crucial support to patients and families facing the complexities of illness and end-of-life care. Prior to this role, Krystal has extensive experience in various sectors, including serving as an accounting clerk at Boyett Petroleum since March 2014, and as a volunteer media director for IMA-Guatemala from July 2013 to August 2015, where responsibilities included promoting educational opportunities for young girls. Additionally, Krystal contributed as a volunteer charter member with the California Youth Connection from 2011 to April 2014, addressing issues within the foster care system. Early career roles included working as an assistant teacher at Double Decker Day School and holding various positions at Starbucks, including student manager. Krystal holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from California State University, Stanislaus, and a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of California, Davis.
