Keith Underkoffler has extensive experience in management and customer service, currently serving as the Frontend Manager at Boyer's Food Markets since January 2021. In this role, Keith trains, coaches, develops, and motivates a team of 15-20 staff members to deliver exceptional Red Shirt Service to customers. Previous positions include Front End Manager Trainee and various cashier roles at Penn State Hazleton, as well as Residence Life Coordinator at Florida Southern College and Community Director at The Ohio State University. Keith began a career in customer service as a bookseller at Barnes & Noble College, where responsibilities included providing customer service, assisting students with textbook procurement, and managing social media campaigns. Academic qualifications include a Master of Arts in Higher Education and Student Affairs from The Ohio State University and dual Bachelor's degrees in Psychology with a Business Option from Pennsylvania State University.
