Aaron Laue is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in software engineering, product development, and leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Engineer Senior IT Software BA&D at Boyd Gaming, Aaron is part of a DevOps Team focused on integrating third-party systems through in-house created products. Previous positions include Production Support Lead and other roles in Identity Security Solutions at T-Mobile, where Aaron implemented quality control objectives and led server and application migrations. As Chief Product Design and Development Engineer at Golden Edge Athletics, Aaron led product lifecycles and mentored junior staff. With a strong foundation in system architecture and a history of entrepreneurial leadership as Chief Executive Officer at multiple firms, Aaron holds an MBA in International Marketing and a BS in Finance, and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership at Regent University.
