Tiffany Melchers is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in commercial and industrial real estate, as well as corporate and M&A matters. Currently serving as a Shareholder at BoyarMiller since August 2021, Tiffany specializes in large-scale real estate transactions, leasing, land development, and complex legal issues. Prior to this role, Tiffany was a Principal at Cokinos Young, leading the Corporate & Real Estate Transactions practice group. Tiffany's background also includes time as Associate General Counsel at the University of Houston, where responsibilities included advising on contracts and real estate matters, and previous roles focused on commercial lease negotiations and oil and gas law. Tiffany earned a J.D. from the University of South Carolina and a B.A. in Political Science from Winthrop University.
