Robert Oigo

Chief Customer Experience Officer at Boya |YC W22|

Robert Oigo is currently serving as the Chief Customer Experience Officer at BOYA LTD since February 2020. Before that, they were the CTO and Co-founder at XOKO from February 2016 to March 2020. Prior to that role, Robert was the Lead Engineer at Bambapos from October 2014 to February 2016. Robert holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications Engineering & IT from Kenyatta University (2010-2015) and also studied Android Application Development and Distributed App Programming at Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT) in 2012-2013. They are known for implementing product strategy and advocating for better customer service.
