Roz Gibson currently serves as the Head of People and Culture at BOXPARK, a position held since January 2023. Prior to this role, Roz accumulated extensive experience in human resources, including serving as Head of HR at Whistle Punks Urban Axe Throwing from June 2019 to January 2023, and HR Manager at both Stagecoach Group plc from September 2015 to June 2019 and World Duty Free Group from 2006 to 2015. Additional HR experience includes roles at Modus Workspace Ltd and Asda. Academically, Roz holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from London Metropolitan University and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Nene University Northampton.
