Sergey Makogon has extensive experience in the business and logistics industry. In 2021, they founded BoxHero Logistics Corp. to simplify the returns process and make shipping easy for the consumer. Prior to this, they were Co-Founder & COO at Outside the Box Shipping LLC from 2016. From 2020 to 2021, they were Director of Marketing, Customer Acquisition - Mobile at Altice USA, where they led a company-wide rebrand, designed a loyalty program, and created marketing campaigns. From 2010 to 2020, they held various roles at AT&T, including Senior Project Manager - Sales Operations, Area Manager - Mobile Sales Experience, Sales Program Execution Manager - Project Manager, Area Retail Sales Lead, Sales Manager II, and Sales Manager I. From 2004 to 2005, they were Assistant Manager at The UPS Store, and from 2005 to 2016, they were an Entrepreneur/Owner at AuctionsGeek Inc.

Sergey Makogon obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Marketing from Brooklyn College between 2006 and 2011. Sergey also holds certifications from AT&T HR, AT&T Mobility, Bank of America, New York Financial Literacy Coalition, and The Scholastic, Inc., including Bank of America Youth Entrepreneur of the Year 2006, The Scholastic Art & Writing Awards of 2006 Silver Key in Visual Arts, and New York Financial Literacy Coalition Economics, the Enterprise System and Finance Assessment.
