Frank Kuan-Yu Chen has over 6 years of work experience in various roles. From 2019 to present, they have been working at Boxful as General Manager, Assistant General Manager, Business Operations Manager, and Business Operations Senior Analyst. From 2017 to 2019, they were a Project Manager at MDBS Digital Tech Co., Ltd. From 2013 to 2017, they were Electrical Appliances Manager, 3C Department Superviser, and Supervisor Trainee at RT MART International Limited.

Frank Kuan-Yu Chen attended the III(Institute for Information Industry) from 2018 to 2018 and obtained a Data Science & Big Data Training Program in the field of Data Science, Machine Learning and Hadoop Ecosystem. Frank Kuan-Yu also attended National Chiao Tung University from 2011 to 2013, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration - MBA in the field of Management Science, Marketing Management, and Strategic Management.
