Christopher Draper is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in technology and policy advocacy. Currently serving as Director of Legal at Box since November 2019, Christopher structures, drafts, and negotiates strategic technology partnerships and oversees legal matters for partner programs. Prior roles include Legal Counsel at DataStax, where Christopher managed technology licensing agreements and compliance issues, and Contracts Manager, focusing on software licensing contracts. An independent legal consultant for emerging growth companies, Christopher provided counsel on corporate formation and IP needs. Previous experience also includes roles at TrialPay, BayBio, and the Silicon Valley Association of REALTORS, highlighting a strong background in public policy and legislative advocacy.
