Jeff Blair, PE has over 30 years of experience in the engineering industry. Jeff started their career as a Project Manager at Greenhorne & O'Mara, where they worked on site and infrastructure projects for public and private sector clients. Jeff then moved on to ARCADIS as a Business Practice Manager, overseeing telecommunications and land resources projects across the Carolinas. At Carter & Burgess, they served as an Associate and Program Manager. Currently, Jeff is the Vice President at Bowman Consulting, where they lead multiple offices in the DC metro region and was instrumental in establishing the Charleston, SC office. Jeff is experienced in executing public and private sector projects in ultra-urban and suburban areas.

Jeff Blair, PE graduated from Belmont Technical College in 1984 with an associate degree in Civil/Surveying. Jeff then went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The Ohio State University in 1988.
