Dalton Twardus, PE has extensive experience in the field of electrical engineering. Dalton started their career as an Electrical Assistant at Nickle Electrical Companies in 2008. Dalton then worked as an Engineering/Manufacturing Intern at TIC Gums from 2009 to 2013, gaining experience in process improvement and maintenance protocols. Dalton then transitioned to Parsons in 2014 as an Associate Electrical Engineer, where they conducted facility assessments for Job Corps Centers. In 2015, they joined Bowman Consulting as an Electrical Engineering Manager, eventually moving up to roles such as Interim Director and Director of Electrical Engineering. In 2015, Dalton also started working at Kibart, Inc. in various roles, including Electrical Design Engineer, Senior Electrical Project Engineer, and Electrical Project Manager.

Dalton Twardus, PE obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering and a Minor in Engineering Entrepreneurship from Penn State University in 2014. Additionally, they have obtained multiple Professional Engineer (PE) certifications from various institutions between 2018 and 2023.
