Ioannis Stivis has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Co-Founder at Bowlpros since January 2018. Ioannis is responsible for the creation of tropical and sustainable accessories, as well as managing the ingredients for pro bowls. Prior to that, they worked as a Front Office Manager at Finikas Hotel from May 2016 to December 2017. Ioannis also served as a Front Office Manager at Surf Club Keros from May 2014 to May 2016. Joannis has experience as a Front Desk Agent at C-HOTEL&SPA, where they worked from December 2012 to April 2014. Additionally, they completed an internship as an Addetto Marketing at Kasanova F.lli Fontana S.R.L from March 2011 to July 2011. Ioannis also volunteered at Azienda Ospedaliera Ospedale Niguarda Ca' Granda from January 2010 to January 2011, conducting customer satisfaction research and public relations. Lastly, they worked as an Addetto alle vendite B2B at Alma Media S.r.l from September 2009 to November 2010.

Ioannis Stivis pursued their education chronologically as follows:

From 2007 to 2011, Ioannis attended IULM University, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations & Advertising.

Continuing their education, from 2011 to 2013, Ioannis enrolled at Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca, where they obtained a Master's Degree in Tourism Management.

In addition to their academic achievements, Ioannis also holds various certifications. In 2008, they obtained the ECDL European Computer Driving Licence from the ECDL Foundation. In 2010, they became an Open Water Diver certified by PADI. Ioannis further expanded their skills by acquiring a Boat Safety Certificate from the Boat U.S. Foundation in 2013. Later that same year, they obtained certification as a Medic First Aid provider from the Emergency First Response institution. Lastly, in December 2013, Ioannis obtained the IKO Kitesurfing Instructor Level 2 certification from the IKO International Kiteboarding Organisation.
