Carlo Roberto Eroini's work experience includes founding Bowlpros in 2021 and holding the role of Co-Founder. Prior to that, they worked at Rovagnati S.p.A. from 2012 to 2021. At Rovagnati, they held various roles, including Regional Account Manager from 2020 to 2021, Vertical In-Store Account GDO from 2017 to 2020, and Junior Trade Marketing Specialist from 2012 to 2017. Before joining Rovagnati, they worked as a Sales Assistant at Abercrombie & Fitch from 2009 to 2010.

Carlo Roberto Eroini began their education journey in 2004 at Primo Levi di Seregno, where they pursued a Diploma in Perito aziendale corrispondente in lingue estere (PACLE). Carlo Roberto successfully completed their studies in 2009.

Following their diploma, Carlo enrolled at IULM University in 2009 and completed their Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations & Corporate Advertising in 2012.

In addition to their formal education, Carlo obtained the First Certificate in English from Cambridge English Language Assessment in June 2017. Furthermore, they acquired the ECDL European Computer Driving Licence from AICA - Associazione Italiana per l'Informatica ed il Calcolo Automatico in June 2011.
