Scott Powell is an experienced professional in the real estate valuation industry, currently serving as Managing Director at Bowery Valuation since April 2021. Prior to this role, Scott held the position of Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield from May 2015 to April 2021 and at Integra Realty Resources from May 2009 to April 2015. Scott completed a Bachelor of Science Degree at Penn State University between 1982 and 1987.
