Anna Widman has extensive experience in human resources and talent management, currently serving as the Head of People & Culture at Bower since April 2022, where responsibilities include implementing HR systems, managing recruitment processes, and facilitating leadership coaching. Prior to Bower, Anna held a role in Talent Management at Trustly, supporting team expansions and onboarding. Anna's earlier career at Michael Page spanned various managerial positions, focusing on interim management in finance, with notable achievements as the top biller in Europe in 2016 and 2017. Additional experience includes consulting on corporate culture at Influence AB and customer service roles at Red Bull. Anna holds a Master of Business Administration from Lund University, specializing in Organizational Leadership and Psychology, and completed an exchange semester at Singapore Management University.
