Bennett Wallace's work experience includes a role as a Field Engineer at Bowen Engineering Corporation starting in 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Project Intern at Moss & Associates in the solar division from January 2022 to August 2022. Bennett also served as an Intern at Bunnell Hill Construction Company from August 2020 to August 2021, where they gained experience in construction and contractor services. Before that, they worked as a Technician on the Forensics Architecture & Engineering team at J.S. Held LLC from January 2020 to July 2020. Bennett's earliest work experience was as a Trainee at Watt Mechanical LLC in 2018.

Bennett Wallace attended the University of Cincinnati - College of Engineering and Applied Science from 2018 to 2023, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science - BASc degree in Construction Management.
