Catherine Winsor is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in healthcare services since December 2020, serving as the Director of Services at Bowel Cancer UK. Prior to this, from January 2013 to May 2020, Catherine held the position of Deputy Director at Prostate Cancer UK, where significant transformations in care for men with prostate cancer were achieved, focusing on best practice and stakeholder influence. Catherine's leadership resulted in exceeding KPIs by 15% and facilitated improvements in drug access and diagnostic pathways. Previously, as Head of Improving Care, operational leadership was demonstrated through successful team restructuring, while at the Community Support Services Manager role, access to services for 50,000 men was significantly enhanced. Catherine also served as Operations Manager at Sydenham Garden, improving mental health for over 3,000 patients and increasing employability for 500 individuals. Catherine holds a B.A. Hons degree in Primary Education and Bioscience from King Alfreds College, Winchester.
