Tracy Thomas Boland is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in employment law. Currently a Partner at Bowditch & Dewey, LLP since August 2021, Boland previously held the same position at Morgan, Brown & Joy LLP from 2002 to August 2021, providing solutions for employers facing a variety of employment-related challenges and defending them in litigation as necessary. Boland began the legal career as an Associate at K&L Gates from 1999 to 2002, focusing on employment and commercial litigation, and served as a Law Clerk for both the Massachusetts Superior Court and the Massachusetts Family and Probate Court from 1997 to 1999.
