Paul Bauer is an experienced attorney with a focus on real estate and commercial law. Since May 2006, Paul has served as a Partner at Bowditch & Dewey, LLP, representing developers, mortgage lenders, property owners, and tenants in various transactions. Prior to this role, Paul was a Partner at K&L Gates from 1999 to 2006 and at Warner & Stackpole LLP from 1988 to 1999. Additionally, Paul held the position of Regional Counsel at the US Department of Transportation from September 1984 to October 1988. Educationally, Paul earned a Juris Doctor degree from The George Washington University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from Clark University.
