Jesse Eerhard has worked as an Operations Manager at BOW since July 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Lidl Nederland from April 2014 to August 2022, first as a Medewerker and then as an assistent supermarktmanager. Additionally, they worked at Preston Palace as a horeca employee from November 2015 to July 2016.

Jesse Eerhard attended Saxion University of Applied Sciences from 2016 to 2020, where they studied Small Business and Retail Management. In 2018, Jesse also attended Lindenhaeghe for a brief period to pursue a course in WFT Basis. Before that, from 2015 to 2016, Jesse attended Vavo Lyceum van Twente to pursue Higher General Secondary Education (Havo). Prior to that, Jesse completed their Higher General Secondary Education (Havo) from Het Erasmus between 2010 and 2015.
