Ilse Heemskerk is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in commercial leadership and customer experience management across various industries. Currently serving as the Commercieel Directeur at Bouwmaat since December 2023, Ilse previously held the role of CCO at Kwantum from July 2018 to March 2023. Prior to that, Ilse contributed significantly to GrandVision Benelux from August 2005 to July 2018, holding key positions including Director of Customer Experience & Digital, Director of Marketing, and CRM Manager, where the focus was on enhancing omni-channel customer experiences and marketing strategies. Ilse's career began at Wegener DM Services, where responsibilities included managing commercial operations and overseeing multiple departments.
