Lisa Wassenaar has a diverse work experience in the consulting and strategy field. Lisa started their career as a Junior Consultant at Capgemini Consulting in 2011 and then moved on to work as a Consultant in Operations Strategy at Accenture Strategy from 2014 to 2017. After that, they joined Bouwinvest where they held various roles, including Consultant in Operations Strategy & Improvement from 2017 to 2021, Manager Strategy & Operations from 2021 to 2022, and currently serves as the Head of the Transformation Office since December 2022. Prior to their consulting roles, Lisa also worked at Randstad as a Helpdesk Payments, Billing and Applications from 2008 to 2010 and later as a Business Process Manager in 2010.

Lisa Wassenaar's education history is as follows:

From 2020 to 2022, Lisa attended the Amsterdam School of Real Estate and obtained a Master of Science degree in Real Estate.

In 2010 and 2011, they studied at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) and earned a Master of Science degree in Business Administration.

Between 2006 and 2010, Lisa pursued their Bachelor's degree in Bestuurs- en Organisatiewetenschap (Administration and Organization Science) at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam).

During their studies, from 2008 to 2009, they also completed a minor in Organizational Science at Charles University in Prague.

In 2006 and 2007, Lisa obtained their propedeuse (foundation) in Political Science and Government at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam).

Furthermore, in 2004 and 2005, they attended EF in Barcelona to study the Spanish Language.

In addition to their formal education, Lisa has obtained various certifications. In 2017, they completed the Design Thinking 5-day Bootcamp at DesignThinkers Academy. In 2015, they earned the LSS Black Belt certification from Accenture. In 2013, Lisa obtained the Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Capgemini Consulting. In 2012, they were awarded the Lean Bronze certification by SME. Lastly, in 2005, they achieved the DELE (Diploma de Español como Lengua Extranjera) High-Intermediate level Spanish certification from Cervantes Escuela Internacional.
